In order to facilitate our costumers sufficiently within our new business area “Workshop equipment for trains” WILLBRANDT has decided to expand its staff and has hired Susie Lous. One of her main focus areas will be on workshop equipment.
You can read a short interview with Susie here and get to know her a bit better.
Tell me a little about yourself.
Who are you and what is your background?
My name is Susie. I live in Næstved and am the mother of 2 grown-up boys.
Originally, I am trained as an office assistant within the plastics industry, and I have been working with sales ever since. Among other things, I have sold raw-plastic materials and spare parts for valve control on ships. In my most recent job, I was sales coordinator for spare parts for incinerators also for ships.
What made you choose to work for WILLBRANDT?
When I saw the job advert from WILLBRANDT, I thought it sounded really exciting and very relevant to my experience and what I have been working with during the last 15 years. I think with my background I can contribute with something positive to the company.
What areas will be your focus areas?
My focus areas will be the maritime industry, which I am already well acquainted with. I will also be working with workshop equipment for maintenance of trains, which is one of WILLBRANDT’s newest business areas. And then I get to work with products for the OEM industry.
What are you looking forward to the most?
I look forward to getting to know my new colleagues, and I’m really looking forward to meeting “my” customers and giving them a fantastic service 😊
What are your expectations for the job?
I expect that together with my colleagues I can provide super good customer service and that I can contribute to our customers’ satisfaction. But I also hope I can contribute to WILLBRANDT’s development.
