WILLBRANDT develop and produce according to individual drawings and customer samples and specifications to provide the right product for every need. With the customer, we can determine the optimum quality for the respective application, from our large variety of elastomer and polymers.

For decades the company has been representing the hose programe of Continental Contitech including their renowned brands Contitech, Phoenix, Paguag and Blaudieck. These brands are known for high quality, safety and long life time, offering low maintenance costs.

Profiles and lists

Examples of products in rubber, silicone, polyurethane, and plastic:

  • Custom parts according to drawing
  • Support leg plates and shoes
  • Rubber-metal & rubber-fabric products
  • Bellows and foldable bellows
  • Traction and ventilation bellows
  • Special buffers such as crane buffers
  • Shock absorbers in PU foam
  • Plugs, nozzles, and cable penetrations

 

Additionally, food hoses can be supplied with couplings from the factory to ensure correct installation, thereby minimizing bacteria formation.

Examples of profiles and strips in rubber and silicone:

  • Edge, clamping, and finger strips
  • Hatch seals
  • Profile frames and rings
  • Profile cords also in special qualities
  • Round cords
  • Rubber cords in triangular and square profiles
  • Sponge and cellular rubber strips

Profile cord frames and rings:

By vulcanizing individual sections, almost all profile diameters can be prefabricated to form a closed frame. Good durability can be achieved using corner heat molds. A glued corner cut can be obtained for corners not subjected to heavy loads.

The profile cords can be further processed by manually joining the ends or mitering. The seams can be vulcanized or glued.

We also process standard rubber compounds, e.g. NR, BR, IR, EPDM, CR, SBR, NBR, H-NBR, IIR, FKM, CSM, silicone as well as cellular rubber and a variety of thermoplastics.
